Super Pro Wireless
Problems & Solutions

Unit is on, but no sound is heard
  • Check volume settings

  • Check time of operation settings

  • Check that at least one bird is selected to play

  • Decrease the distance between the Transmit/Control unit and the Receive/Speaker unit to ensure proper reception

Receive/Speaker unit functions properly at close range to the Transmit/Control unit, but not at a greater distance
  • Check that both antennas are mounted completely vertical and there are no obstructions (including the metal housing on the Receive/Speaker unit) between them

  • If necessary, try slightly tilting the Receive/Speaker unit to see if reception is improved

  • Check that 12-volt batteries are fully charged

  • Check that the Transmit/Control antenna is mounted as high as possible and it is not near any metal objects

  • High-Voltage Electrical Transmission Lines and cell phone towers in close proximity will interfere with the operation of the Super Pro Wireless unit. In these situations, the regular Super Pro unit (wired version) must be used

Electronic Bird Control

A built in microprocessor continually randomizes the order the sounds play, the time and the relative pitch of each bird sound to give the impression many birds are in distress in the protected area.  This random technology prevents the birds from becoming habituated and keeps them out of the berry patch all the way through harvest.
